How Does CMM Cooperate with Other Brokers? 50/50

We cooperate and compensate selling brokers by sharing the total listing fee 50/50. This motivates outside brokers to sell CMM listed properties and bring the highest and most qualified offers. Some brokerages still believe they know all the buyers; CMM is not willing to risk missing new buyers represented by outside brokers. CMM’s marketing strategies include all principals and brokers, nationally and in some cases, internationally.
